Job SummaryAndromeda Sales & Distribution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Loan Sales Team Leader to lead and manage a team of Loan Sales Executives. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, achieving business targets, coaching team members, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and manage a team of Loan Sales Executives.
• Drive sales of Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, LAP, and Mortgage Loans.
• Monitor daily sales activities and team performance.
• Assign leads and ensure timely follow-up by team members.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
• Recruit, train, and develop new team members.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, banks, and financial institutions.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Conduct team meetings and performance reviews.
• Eligibility CriteriaAny Graduate.
• 2–5 years of experience in Loan Sales, Banking, NBFC, DSA, or Financial Services.
• Minimum 1 year of team handling experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good knowledge of loan products and sales processes.
