Experience: 2–5 Years in BFSI / Banking / NBFC / Loan Sales
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Job Summary
Andromeda Sales & Distribution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader to lead a team of Loan Sales Executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, achieving sales targets, coaching team members, and ensuring high-quality customer service while promoting loan products.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and manage a team of Loan Sales Executives.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Allocate leads and monitor daily sales activities.
- Recruit, train, and mentor new team members.
- Monitor team productivity and provide regular performance feedback.
- Drive sales for Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Credit Cards.
- Coordinate with banks and internal operations teams for smooth loan processing.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain daily MIS reports and sales trackers.
- Resolve customer escalations and support the team in closing business.
- Build strong relationships with customers, DSAs, and banking partners.
- Eligibility CriteriaBachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Loan Sales, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services.
- Prior experience in handling a sales team is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of loan products and sales processes.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and MIS reporting.
