Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Assign and monitor daily sales activities and follow-ups.
  • Train and mentor sales executives on sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Support the team in handling customer inquiries and closing deals.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Coordinate with the CRM, Marketing, and Site teams for smooth customer service.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain discipline and ensure company policies are followed.
