- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to recommend improvements.
- Maintain strong client relationships by providing expert guidance and addressing concerns promptly.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and integration within human capital management systems.
- Experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to payroll configurations and implementations.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Familiarity with system testing, validation, and deployment procedures in payroll environments.

- This position is based at our Chennai office.
