You will be sought out as an expert, enhancing Accenture's marketplace reputation while shaping strategies that bring emerging ideas to life. Your role will require fluid communication skills and a strong understanding of both technical and business aspects, allowing you to build trusted advisor relationships with clients and contribute to impactful solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Mentor junior professionals to foster their growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Performance & Goals, Learning Management, and Recruiting Management.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Experience in system integration and data migration within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Ability to analyze and optimize business processes using technology.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
