Senior Technical Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist

Technical MDM Anchor

• IDMC Platform: Proven hands-on experience with the Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (SaaS) platform.
• Business 360 / Customer 360: Deep expertise in configuring the C360 application, including the data model, match/merge rules, and survivorship logic.
• Cloud Application Integration (CAI): Strong experience building and managing real-time APIs, service connectors, and event-driven processes to get data in and out of MDM.
• Cloud Data Integration (CDI): Expert-level skill in building complex mappings, taskflows, and synchronization tasks for batch data movement.
• Data Profiling & CDQ: Demonstrable experience analyzing source data and implementing data quality rules within the IDMC ecosystem.
• Cloud Data Governance & Catalog (CDGC): Familiarity with using CDGC for lineage, cataloging, and defining business glossaries related to the MDM domain.

• Data Ingestion: Develop robust data integration pipelines using Cloud Data Integration (CDI) for batch processing and Cloud Application Integration (CAI) for real-time data capture from various Ford Credit systems.
• MDM Configuration: Configure the Business 360 / Customer 360 application, including the data model (Business Entities), relationships, UI views, and search capabilities.
• Data Quality & Profiling: Utilize Data Profiling to analyze incoming source data and apply cleansing, standardization, and validation rules using Informatica Cloud Data Quality (CDQ).
• Mastering Logic: Design, implement, and fine-tune Match & Merge rules, survivorship, and trust frameworks to accurately identify duplicates and create a single, authoritative customer record (Golden Record).
• Unique ID Publication: Ensure the newly generated unique customer ID is published back to consuming systems via real-time CAI processes or batch CDI updates.
• Governance Integration: Leverage Cloud Data Governance & Catalog (CDGC) to document data lineage, business terms, and data ownership for the mastered customer domain.

• Experience in the financial services or automotive finance industry.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially Pub/Sub and BigQuery.
• Strong understanding of JSON and REST API design principles.
• Certification in Informatica MDM.
