As a Technology Architect, your day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architectures tailored for platforms, products, or specific engagements. You focus on defining solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability. Your role requires a thoughtful approach to ensure that the architecture aligns with the overall objectives and supports future growth and adaptability within the technological landscape.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural consistency and integration.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing architectures.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on architectural best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Field Service Lightning.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of platform integration and customization capabilities.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud-based service delivery models and architecture frameworks.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Field Service Lightning.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
