Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Telecaller to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make Calls: Call potential customers to explain our EV products (scooters/chargers) and services.
- Answer Inquiries: Handle incoming calls from customers interested in buying or servicing their EVs.
- Book Appointments: Schedule service appointments for customers.
- Understand Needs: Listen to customer requirements and recommend the best EV product or service.
- Follow Up: Call back interested customers to help them make a decision.
- Update Data: Keep accurate records of all customer calls and details in our system.
- Meet Targets: Achieve daily and monthly goals for calls and appointments.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Telecaller, Sales Executive, or Customer Support (Freshers with great communication skills are welcome).
- Good communication skills in English, Tamil, Hindi (optional).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Emailing).
- A positive attitude and ability to handle customer questions patiently.
- Interest in the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry is a big plus!
