🎯 Role Summary

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Telecaller Executives to support our BB Saathi business. The role involves engaging with customers over calls, creating awareness about BB Saathi services, driving sales, and ensuring customer engagement through regular follow-ups.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Call non-tagged customers and introduce them to BB Saathi services and mobile application.
• Educate customers about the benefits, features, and offerings available through BB Saathi.
• Generate sales and business opportunities from non-tagged customers.
• Contact tagged customers who are currently inactive or non-buying.
• Understand customer concerns and identify reasons for low or no purchases.
• Verify whether field visits are happening as planned and ensure proper customer coverage.
• Confirm that promotional offers, schemes, and updates are being communicated effectively to customers.
• Build strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Coordinate with field sales and operations teams to improve customer activation and retention.

✅ Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Service, FMCG Sales Support, or Retail Operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade customers and drive conversions over calls.
• Basic computer and mobile application knowledge.
• Customer-centric approach with good problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Tamil; knowledge of Hindi and English will be an added advantage.

🎓 Qualification

• Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
• Relevant experience in telesales, FMCG, retail, or customer support preferred.

💼 Experience

• 0–3 Years of relevant experience.
