Job Description
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Introduce and explain the company's UPS, Inverter, Battery, and Stabilizer products.
Generate new business leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and orders.
Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
Handle customer queries and provide product information.
Coordinate with the sales and service teams for customer requirements.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
