Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain company products and services to customers.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and sales opportunities.
• Handle customer questions and provide accurate information.
• Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM/database.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication skills.
• Good listening and persuasion abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, or regional languages as required.
• QualificationsMinimum: 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Prior telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is an advantage.
• Salary₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)
