Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into appointments/sales
- Explain products like pressure booster pumps, water softeners, and heat pumps clearly
- Follow up with leads generated through ads, website, and campaigns
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM/Excel)
- Coordinate with sales and service teams for site visits and closures
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Requirements:0–3 years of experience in telecalling / customer support / sales
- Good communication skills in Tamil & English (Hindi is a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM handling)
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach
- Ability to handle objections and close conversations effectively
- Preferred Skills:Experience in real estate, home improvement, or technical products
- Understanding of lead handling and conversion process
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
