Telecaller

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to generate leads, follow up with customers, and support our sales team in promoting CCTV surveillance products. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable interacting with dealers, distributors, system integrators, and end customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers, dealers, and channel partners.
• Follow up on inquiries received through phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Introduce and promote CCTV cameras, NVRs, IP cameras, accessories, and surveillance solutions.
• Generate qualified sales leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
• Explain product features, pricing, offers, and promotional schemes.
• Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams regarding quotations, orders, and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate customer records in Excel or CRM software.
• Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead generation goals.
• Collect customer feedback and update management on market requirements.
