Job Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Explain products and services to customers and address their queries.
  • Generate and follow up on leads to achieve business targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/software.
  • Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to the concerned department.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
  • possess excellent communication skills in Tamil, English, and Telugu and have prior telecalling experience.
