Job Description:
We are hiring enthusiastic candidates for a Customer Support / Sales Associate role in a personal loan sales domain. The role involves handling customer interactions, assisting with loan applications, and driving conversions through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls related to loan applications
- Assist customers with loan queries and documentation
- Explain loan products and guide customers through the process
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into applications
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Eligibility:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Any Graduate
- Freshers can apply
- Prior experience in telecalling or sales is an advantage
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills (English / Hindi / Tamil)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment
