Job Title: TeleSales Executive (Inbound Calls)

Location: Chennai – Vadapalani

Gender Preference: Female

Salary Package: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Incentives: ₹2,000 – ₹10,000 based on performance

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Experience Required: 1 – 3 Years

Educational Qualification: Basic Degree with understanding of English

Age Limit: Below 35 Years

Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused TeleSales Executives to handle inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries, product information, and sales conversions. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build customer relationships over calls.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer calls professionally and provide accurate information.
• Understand customer requirements and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent support.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Update customer details and call records in the system.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer handling and issue resolution.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
• Maintain professionalism and quality in customer interactions.
• Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English understanding.
• Ability to handle customers confidently over calls.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Knowledge of operating email and Google Drive will be an added advantage.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills preferred.
• Preferred Candidate ProfileFemale candidates preferred.
