Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and vendors to explain company services and offerings.
  • Generate, qualify, and convert leads through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients to ensure long-term engagement.
  • Handle customer enquiries professionally and provide accurate information about services.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, Excel records, and customer databases regularly.
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding and assist in smooth registration and activation processes.
  • Follow up on pending leads, customer requirements, and vendor documentation.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to business growth through lead conversion, customer retention, and vendor relationship management.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong follow-up and relationship management abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
