Telecalling Executive

Role Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused TeleSales Executives to handle inbound customer calls, explain services/products, convert leads into customers, and maintain positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

KRA: Task / Activities·

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently ·
• Explain company services/products and address customer queries ·
• Convert incoming leads into successful sales opportunities ·
• Maintain customer data and follow-up records in system/email ·
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer support 

KPI: Performance Metrics·

• Daily/Monthly inbound call handling efficiency ·
• Lead conversion ratio ·
• Customer satisfaction and response quality ·
• Timely follow-up and reporting accuracy ·
• Achievement of assigned sales targets 

Required SkillsPreferred skills·

• Good verbal communication skills ·
