Job Description: Telesales Executive
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads
- Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable financial products
- Explain product features, benefits & pricing clearly
- Follow up with prospects and close sales within timelines
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain strong customer communication and relationship
Requirements:
- Graduate with minimum 1 year of telesales / calling experience
- Good communication & convincing skills
- Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Languages: Tamil & English (regional languages are a plus)
