Tele Sales Executive – Health Insurance (Job Description)*
🧾 Role Overview
A Tele Sales Executive in health insurance is responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone, explaining insurance products, and converting leads into policy sales.
🎯 *Key Responsibilities*
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain health insurance plans
Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into sales
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable policies
Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Assist customers with documentation and policy issuance process
Build and maintain good customer relationships
🧠 *Required Skills*
Strong communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of health insurance products (or willingness to learn)
Good negotiation and objection-handling ability
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Basic computer skills (MS Office / CRM tools)
