Job Description
Job Title : Tele caller / Tele caller Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate interest in company products and services.
- Explain company products and digital marketing services effectively to prospective clients.
- Pitch clients and fix appointments for the Business Development team.
- Conduct cold calls and follow-up calls with leads.
- Maintain accurate call records, client details, and lead information in the system.
- Handle client queries professionally and provide necessary information.
- Build positive client relationships through effective communication.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and appointment management.
- Work towards achieving weekly and monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Customer Handling
- Must be fluent in Tamil and English
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Ability to handle client queries professionally
- Target-oriented and proactive mindset
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
