Telecalling Executive

JD Aesthetics is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, convert enquiries into appointments, follow up with leads, and provide excellent customer support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to new and existing leads.
• Handle inbound enquiries from phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and website.
• Explain clinic services, treatment packages, and offers to prospective clients.
• Schedule and confirm consultation appointments.
• Follow up with leads to maximize appointment bookings.
• Maintain customer records in CRM or Excel.
• Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure smooth appointment management.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion targets.
• Resolve customer queries professionally and courteously.
• RequirementsMinimum 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or inside sales.
• Excellent communication skills in Tamil.
• Basic English communication is preferred.
• Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, CRM).
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
