Job Description

  • Outbound Calling: Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers using provided lead lists.
  • Sales & Promotion: Explain clinic features, benefits, and fix the appointmnts.
  • Lead Generation/Qualification: Qualify leads and set appointments for the Clinics.
  • Database Management: Accurately record, update, and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
  • Objection Handling: Confidently address customer inquiries, objections, and complaints.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
