Job Description
An MSME Loan Telecaller drives business growth by generating leads, explaining financial products like working capital or machinery loans, and assisting small and medium enterprise clients through the application process. They act as the primary link between the financial institution and potential borrowers.
Lead Generation: Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling to identify potential business loan customers from provided databases.
Product Pitching: Clearly explain various MSME loan options (e.g., machinery loans, collateral-free loans, and working capital) and their benefits.
Pre-Qualification: Assess a client's business background, financial needs, and eligibility over the phone.
Application Assistance: Guide clients through the application process, help resolve their queries, and collect necessary KYC or financial documents.
Data Management: Record all client interactions, update follow-up schedules, and maintain detailed notes in the company's CRM.
