Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and energetic Real Estate Telecaller to connect with prospective clients, generate leads, and support the sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build rapport with potential buyers and sellers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases and leads.
• Explain property details, project features, pricing, and available offers.
• Identify customer requirements and qualify leads.
• Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with interested prospects regularly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM software.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide relevant information.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth customer engagement.
• RequirementsHigh school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or real estate is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Fluency in English and local language(s).
