Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Telecalling Executive to generate leads and promote Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Housing Loans. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets through outbound and inbound calling.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads and databases.
Explain the features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements for Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Housing Loans.
Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments or connect interested customers with the sales team.
Follow up with prospective customers to maximize loan conversions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
Assist customers throughout the loan application process until disbursement.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely resolutions.
Stay updated on loan products, interest rates, lender policies, and market trends.
