ROLE : Tele calling Voice process

🔹 Eligibility:

  • Graduate or Diploma (any stream)
  • Candidates with arrears/dropouts can apply
  • Proficiency in Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi is required
  • Should be flexible for rotational shifts and week-offs

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend and manage inbound customer calls
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach
