Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:

AXN Infotech Pvt. Ltd is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to manage lead generation, client communication, and sales conversion through calls and online channels. The role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and promoting our software solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and digital platforms
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Present and explain company products/services (Tally, HR solutions, training programs, etc.)
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or reports
• Coordinate with field sales and technical teams when required
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred)
• Strong communication skills (Tamil & English mandatory)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling)
• Good convincing and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in telecalling / inside sales / customer support
• Knowledge of Tally, Accounting, or ERP solutions is an added advantage
• Familiarity with CRM tools
