🎯 Responsibilities
Call fresh & existing leads and explain about plots for sale
Provide project details
Convince customers and schedule site visits
Follow up regularly and maintain lead database
Coordinate with sales team for site visit conversion
🔹 Requirements:
Minimum 6 months experience in Tele calling / Real Estate Sales preferred
Strong communication skills in Tamil (English basic knowledge)
Confident in handling customer objections
Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM)
Immediate joiners preferred
