Telecalling Executive

Location: Thousand Lights, Chennai

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months of experience as a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) or in a Telecalling-related role is mandatory.

Joining Preference: Immediate joiners only will be preferred.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to build customer relationships, and experience in handling customer calls and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Follow up with customer enquiries and leads regularly.
• Maintain and update customer records in the system.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and customer requirements.
• Schedule appointments, test rides, or customer visits when required.
• Collect customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.
• Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a CRE or Telecaller is mandatory.
• Immediate joining availability is preferred.
• Candidates residing in or near Chennai will be an added advantage.
