Positions:


- CRM Executive

- Receptionist

- Telecaller

- Customer Care Executive


Job Responsibilities:


- Handle customer enquiries and showroom walk-ins

- Maintain customer relationship and follow-up activities

- Attend incoming calls and explain dealership services

- Coordinate with sales and service teams

- Maintain customer records and feedback reports

- Support vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction activities


Eligibility:


- Female candidates only
