Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Experience Required: Minimum 1+ Year in Telecalling / Sales / Customer Handling Process

Job Description:Alshifa Cupping Clinic is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service processes and be confident in handling leads and converting inquiries into appointments.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed appointments.
• Explain clinic services and treatment benefits clearly to potential clients.
• Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
• Build and maintain good relationships with patients.
• Achieve monthly appointment and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the clinic team for appointment scheduling.

• Requirements:
• Minimum 1+ year experience in telecalling, telesales, or similar role.
• Good communication and convincing skills (Tamil mandatory; English/Hindi is a plus).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems preferred).
• Ability to handle objections and close leads effectively.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
