Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and articulate Telecalling Executive to join our office-based team. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for prospective buyers, handling initial customer inquiries, qualifying interest, and supporting our overall sales pipeline through structured and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases to introduce our property portfolios, explain available options, and generate interest.
- Lead Qualification: Assess the requirements, budget, and timeline of prospective clients to identify high-quality leads, ensuring seamless coordination with the field sales team for property site visits.
- Pipeline and Follow-up Management: Maintain systematic and regular follow-ups with prospective buyers, address their queries professionally, and guide them through the initial stages of the purchasing process.
- Data Management: Keep accurate, up-to-date records of all customer interactions, feedback, and appointment schedules within the company database.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with business managers and the broader sales team to ensure client requirements are accurately communicated and site visits are executed smoothly.
Work Nature and Environment:
This is a full-time, office-based position centred on telephonic communication and customer coordination. The role demands organisational discipline, consistent daily calling activity, and a professional phone demeanour.
