Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our growing renewable energy team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, explaining company services, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.
- Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Maintain customer database and daily call records.
- Schedule meetings/site visits for the sales team when required.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer support and follow-up.
- Eligibility Criteria Any Degree
- Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of Tele Sales / Customer Support / Inside Sales experience can apply.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills preferred.
