Roles and Responsibilities:

• We’re hiring a skilled and safety-focused Telecom Rigger who is confident working at heights and committed to maintaining strong, reliable telecom networks.
• Install, maintain, and repair telecom towers, antennas, cables, and related infrastructure.
• Perform tower climbing and rigging activities following strict safety standards.
• Operate hoists, rigging tools, and other installation equipment efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements:

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of relevant telecom rigging experience.
• Strong understanding of tower climbing safety procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• NCCCO certification (mandatory for certain roles).
• FARM ToCli (Fall Arrest and Rescue Management – Tower Climbing) certification preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical or Electronics.
• Experience in IBS Network or related telecom projects.
• Familiarity with RIL automation tools such as JPW.
