- Job ResponsibilitiesContact potential customers through phone calls.
- Explain the benefits of our products and answer customer queries.
- Convince customers and confirm orders.
- Follow up with interested customers through WhatsApp.
- Build customer trust and maintain good relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- RequirementsExcellent spoken Tamil is mandatory.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable handling phone calls and WhatsApp follow-ups.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in telesales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
