Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer (Voice Process)

Job Summary
Fincover is hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Officers for our Health Insurance Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, explaining health insurance plans, and assisting customers in selecting the most suitable policy while achieving sales targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with health insurance products.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable health insurance plans.
* Explain policy features, benefits, premiums, and claim procedures.
* Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
* Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Resolve customer queries and provide excellent after-sales support.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
Eligibility
* Any Graduate or Undergraduate.
* Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
* Excellent communication and convincing skills.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Experience in telesales or health insurance is an added advantage.
Office Timings
* Monday to Saturday
* 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
* Sunday: Fixed Week Off
* Fixed Salary + Incentives
