Job Description – Tele sales Executive

Location - Kolathur, chennai

As a Tele sales Executive, your main job is to contact customers over the phone and introduce the company's products or services. You will explain the benefits, answer customer questions, and encourage them to make a purchase or schedule a meeting. You should maintain a friendly and professional attitude while speaking with customers.

Responsibilities'

• Call customers and introduce the company's products or services.
• Explain product details in a simple and clear way.
• Answer customer questions politely.
• Follow up with interested customers.
• Keep a record of all calls and customer responses.
• Share daily work updates with your reporting manager.
• Meet the daily and monthly calling targets.
• Follow the company's rules and maintain good customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass or any degree.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to speak politely and confidently with customers.
