Job Title: Telesales Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to convert leads into customers through outbound and inbound calls.
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound inquiries.
- Explain products and services to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with interested customers and close sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Requirements:Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Experience: Fresher to 3 years in Telesales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of English, Hindi, and the local language is an added advantage.
Salary:₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience) + Attractive Incentives
