Job Description

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Outbound/Inbound Calling: Conduct cold/warm calls to promote products, services, or schedule appointments.
  • CRM Management: Record, update, and maintain detailed customer interaction logs in the CRM system.
  • Lead Conversion: Follow up on prospects, nurture leads, and close sales to meet targets.
  • Customer Support: Resolve inquiries, complaints, and provide information professionally.
  • Reporting: Analyze daily/weekly performance metrics and report to team leads.
