Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Telesales Executives (Tamil Speaking) to join our growing sales team.

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and promoting our products/services in Tamil.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided leads.
• Explain product/service features clearly in Tamil.
• Answer queries and persuade customers to make a purchase or sign up.
• Maintain records of calls and customer information.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Tamil (speaking is mandatory).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
• Prior experience in telesales or customer service is a plus.
• Basic computer knowledge.
