Job Description
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecalling Executive to contact potential leads, explain our services briefly, and book qualified demo appointments for our sales team.
Your main goal is NOT to sell directly, but to generate interest and schedule demos.
- π₯ Key Responsibilities:Call inbound and outbound leads daily
- Explain our product/service in a clear and simple way
- Identify interested prospects
- Book demo appointments in calendar
- Update CRM with call status and notes
- Follow up with interested prospects
- Achieve daily & weekly demo booking targets
- Coordinate with sales team for confirmed demos
- π Daily Targets (Example):80β120 calls per day
- 10β15 meaningful conversations
- 3β6 demo bookings per day
(Targets can be adjusted based on lead quality)
- β Requirements:1β2 years experience in telecalling / telesales
- Good communication skills (Tamil + English preferred)
- Confident and persuasive voice
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (training will be provided)
- Ability to handle objections
- Target-oriented mindset
- πΌ Preferred (Bonus):Experience in SaaS / Digital Marketing / CRM products
- Prior experience in demo booking
- WhatsApp follow-up experience
