We are looking for a high-energy, result-oriented Telesales Manager / Team Lead to oversee and drive a team of 20+ Telesales Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for mentoring agents, monitoring daily call metrics, and ensuring the team consistently achieves its monthly sales targets while maintaining strict quality and compliance standards.
