Job Summary

LS Constructions & Interiors is looking for an experienced Tender Executive with a minimum of 3 years of expertise in interior fit-out and contracting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in identifying tender opportunities, preparing competitive bids, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submission of high-quality tender documents.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and monitor government, private, and corporate tender portals daily.

- Analyze tender documents, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and eligibility criteria.

- Prepare complete technical and commercial bid submissions.

- Coordinate with estimation, procurement, design, and project teams to collect required information.

- Prepare cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and bid documentation.

- Obtain quotations from vendors and subcontractors.

- Ensure all tender submissions comply with client requirements and deadlines.

- Maintain records of submitted tenders, bid status, and follow-up activities.

- Handle pre-qualification documents, EMDs, bank guarantees, and statutory documentation.

- Participate in post-tender negotiations and clarifications when required.

- Maintain a database of clients, vendors, and completed tenders.

Required Skills

- Minimum 3 years of experience in interior fit-out and construction tendering.

- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation.

- Ability to read architectural, civil, MEP, and interior drawings.

- Good understanding of procurement and vendor coordination.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, AutoCAD, and tender portals.

- Excellent analytical, documentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict submission deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

- Experience handling government and private sector tenders is preferred.
