Territory Business Manager - WC-SALARIED PL AND WORKING CAPITAL-Sales

As a Territory Business Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow our market share. This role requires a results-driven individual with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You will work closely with our team to identify and target potential clients, and provide tailored solutions to meet their working capital needs.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to penetrate the WC-SALARIED PL market effectively.
  • Identify and target potential clients through market research and analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our working capital products and services.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary actions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience and effective delivery of services.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales activities and market trends.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the WC-SALARIED PL market and working capital products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong networking skills and a professional presence.
  • Willingness to travel as required for business development and client meetings.
