As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on integrating advanced quality methodologies and tools to enhance the precision and reliability of testing outcomes. The position requires driving innovation in testing by adopting intelligent and predictive automation techniques, ensuring that the entire testing lifecycle is optimized for continuous improvement and superior quality delivery across projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to improve testing processes and implement best practices within the team.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align testing strategies with overall project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Micro Focus LoadRunner.
- Good To Have Skills: Performance Testing Strategy.
- Strong expertise in designing and executing automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency.
- Experience in analyzing performance metrics and identifying bottlenecks to optimize system performance.
- Ability to integrate testing tools with continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex testing issues to maintain high-quality standards.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Micro Focus LoadRunner.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
