Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall quality by integrating advanced tools and methodologies that ensure precision and reliability. The position requires driving innovation in testing strategies, fostering continuous improvement, and implementing intelligent automation solutions that elevate the testing function to a predictive and proactive level. Collaboration and leadership are central to managing the transformation towards a more controlled and accurate testing environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of innovative testing tools and methodologies to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Mentor and support team members to develop their skills and improve overall team performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of testing objectives with project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective test strategies.
- Familiarity with quality engineering principles and best practices.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to test automation.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
