Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on driving continuous improvement by integrating advanced quality methodologies, tools, and processes that enhance control, accuracy, and data integrity. The position requires fostering innovation in testing approaches, promoting predictive and intelligent automation solutions, and ensuring that the overall testing framework supports the delivery of high-quality software products. Collaboration and strategic oversight are key elements throughout the day to maintain and elevate testing standards across projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in test automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and guide team members to develop their skills and improve overall team performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate emerging testing technologies and methodologies to recommend improvements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Test Automation Strategy.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools.
- Experience in designing and implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop scalable automation solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and process improvement.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
