Video Editor for a leading Digital marketing & Advertising agency at saligramam, Chennai

location: Saligramam, Chennai
CTC - Minimum 25 k pm to Maximum 30K PM
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor who can turn raw footage into
engaging, high-quality videos. The ideal candidate should understand storytelling,
pacing, and current digital video trends, especially for social media and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
● Edit videos for social media (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Ads)
● Create promotional, branding, and marketing videos
● Add music, sound effects, transitions, and subtitles
● Color correction and basic color grading
● Collaborate with marketing and content teams
● Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and objectives
● Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Required Skills
● Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
● Basic knowledge of After Effects (motion graphics & animations)
● Experience editing short-form & long-form content
● Understanding of aspect ratios & formats (Reels, Shorts, YouTube)
● Strong sense of timing, rhythm, and storytelling
● Attention to detail and creativity
Preferred Qualifications
● Diploma or degree in Video Editing / Multimedia / Film
● Experience with social media content editing
● Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve is a plus
● Motion graphics & text animation skills are an advantage
