Key Responsibilities

• Greeting and Seating Guests: Welcome customers, guide them to their tables, and provide menus. 2
• Taking Orders: Record food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen staff. 3
• Serving Food and Beverages: Deliver meals and drinks to tables promptly and ensure correct presentation. 2
• Menu Guidance: Provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and dietary options, and make recommendations based on customer preferences. 
• Customer Interaction: Check on guests periodically to ensure satisfaction, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints professionally. 
• Billing and Payment: Present bills, process payments, handle cash or card transactions, and administer change accurately. 
• Table and Dining Area Maintenance: Set tables with appropriate utensils, glassware, and napkins, clear tables efficiently, and maintain a clean and organized dinng
• Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff, other servers, and management to ensure smooth operations. 
• Compliance: Follow hygiene, safety, and health regulations in food handling and service.
